There are no hazardous, flammable, or oxidizing gases or Fluids proposed for use in this facility. Tenant
improvement plans for this facility will be submitted for building code review at the appropriate time and will fully
adhere to requirements related to the storage and distribution of such materials, i.e. allowable maximum quantities
and corresponding occupancies and fire rated separations, if it is determined that any should be required by the
tenant.
