of Fort Collins, County of Lorimer, State of Colorado, being more

of 08'34'35", a radius of 702.42 feet and the chord of which bears
North 82'41'19" West, 105.05 feet; thence along said North line and
the arc of said curve, 105.14 feet to a curve concave to the South
having a central angle of 11'32'13", a radius of 782.42 feet and
