RE: Rigden Tract A Trail Easement
To whom it may concern:
Timberline Church commits to work cooperatively with the owners or developers of Tract A,
Rigden Farm in order to facilitate a bicycle and pedestrian access between the two properties.
Timberline Church acknowledges the mutual benefit of safe and practical cross access with Tract
A, Rigden Farm.
Accordingly, Timberline Church agrees to negotiate in good faith with owners or developers of
Tract A, Rigden Farm in order to establish an equitable cost -sharing agreement for future
improvements. Such agreement shall finalize the provision of any necessary easements or
agreements for future construction of any facilities (such as but not limited to walkways, ramps,
crosswalks, grading, landscaping, irrigation and the like) in order to implement convenient and
efficient travel for bicyclists and pedestrians between the two properties.
