,,34. The walkway at the scuthem edge of the church building parking/paving has been pulled back from the
curb a distance of 6 feet to provide protection and a landscape buffer. The width of the walk is 8 feet
which is ample for wheelchairs approaching each other to pass. The minimum physical space required for
an occupied wheelchair is 2'-6".
P�5. The walk at the south side of the church development will ultimately connect to the future Sagebrush Drive
sidewalk.
06. The future Sagebrush Drive extension is shown on the Landscape plan
y.V. The sidewalk connection to the trail is 8 feet wide. Trees have been added along the walk.
�Z8. The Landscape plan indicates the location of the buffer line & the planting/seeding material in the buffer
,139. A seed mixture has been indicated in the Plant List as requested.
/4Q! Building elevations ' are provided for both the Phase 1-A condition and Phase 1-B condition.
Sheet 4A indicates the portion of the building that is to be future construction. Sheet 4B shows the building

We have also received comment sheets from the Stormwater Utility, Natural Resources, Engineering,
Water/Wastewater, and Water Utilities departments. The plans have been modified where required to address
the comments. The Zoning Department had 7 comments which have been addressed as follows:
1. There are two small signs on the building which are shown on the exterior building elevations.
2. A typical standard parking stall width has been shown on the site plan.
3. Typical handicapped parking stall dimensions are indicated on the site plan.
4. Ramp locations have been shown as requested.
5. A note for the landscape installation has been added to the site plan. See the landscape plans for planting.
6. We have added a phasing plan to help clarify the phasing. ). It indicates the southern portion of the church
building proposed as phase 1-A and 1-B, the northern portion of the church building as phase 2 and its
associated parking expansion, and then future buildable lots for which sequencing is undefined.
7. The building envelope has a dimension noted for each exterior wall of the building.
Please note that we have included a site lighting plan in the PUD set of documents. Please let me know if
there is any further development of the responses needed complete the review process.

Regarding Sheets 2 and 3:
✓13. The berm height has been revised to 4 feet.
Cross walks have been added and are shaven with a hatch pattern. Striping shall be per city standards.

46. The on site drives to Timberline Road are labeled as "'Right -in only" and" Right -out only'.

✓I`9. The passenger drop off areas have been re -labeled.
PZ0. The Foothills Channel buffer line has been added and labeled accordingly.
.21. Sheet 8 is the site lighting plan which is being resubmitted. Sheets 9 to 12 are the Landscape Plans, and
are labeled accordingly at the bottom of Cityscapes title block.
.22. Deciduous street trees are shown along Timberline Road.
123. The diagonal walkways in the parting lot at the west side of the building are detached and shown
accordingly on the Site Plan and landscape Plan.
✓14. The sidewalk running between Timberline Road and the building west entry extends to the Timberline
sidewalk. Trees are added to frame the walk.
.25 Walks along the driveways have been revised. Trees are added to the resulting plant strips.
,�6. The entrance area at the northwest side of the building is a concrete paved courtyard with trees
interspersed and is shown accordingly on the landscape plan.
..ZT The courtyards shall be provided with an ample quantity of bicycle racks, benches at the tree planters,
wail mounted benches where site walls occur, and at least one trash receptacle per courtyard.
28 Trees have been added at the head end of the handicapped parking stalls as requested for shade.
29. The building electric transformer is screened and landscape added accordingly. The transformer for the
Bus Barn has landscape screening.
PS0. The typical sidewalk width is 5-0" except where noted otherwise on the site plan.
d39. The phasing labeling has been clarified as phase 1-A, 1-B, and phase 2.
The sidewalk to the east of the building has been extend to the edge of the property for the neighborhood
connection, and its width is increased to 8 feet. Trees have been added along the walk.

Re: Timberline Church
Dear Mr. Shepard:
We have received the staff comments regarding the final P.U.D. design and documents
for the Timberline Church. The documents have been revised and the comments of your
June 15 letter are addressed as follows:
The Engineering department comments have been addressed.
A. Timberline Road dedication has been increased 3 feet.
B. The access road with Rigden Farm on the north is realigned.
C. Transportation impact Study has not been revised, but the issue has been
discussed with the City Traffic Engineer, Eric Brackee, who is satisfied with the
current study.
2. The Storm Drainage comments are addressed. Erosion protection in the Foothills
channel area has been modified.
3. Water and Wastewater comments are addressed.
Standard general notes pertaining to landscape utility separation distances and
locates are on the Landscape plans
4. Mapping and Drafting comments are addressed.
5. The plat has been revised to reflect the requested Utility Easement.
6. We are aware of the utilties in Timberline Road. The church's scope of work does not
affect the mentioned utilities.
7. Transformer locations are shown for the buildings that are currently planned.
8. The Foothills Channel trail has been designed and an easement is being platted.
9. The proposed fire lane has been designated on the Site Plan. The canopy areas of
the building will exceed the minimum 13' clear height. Signage indicated "No Parking
- Fire Lane" shall be provided per the Fire Authority's requirements.
. Water conservation information is shown in the Planting Notes of the Landscape

11. The comments from the Department of Natural Resources have been addressed.
The buffer area is delineated and a native seed mixture is to be used in the buffer
area.
