Box 580 Ft. Collins, CO. 80522-0580 970-221-6750 Mike, I would like to bring to your attention a few concerns regarding an item mentioned in the staff comments document dated December 22, 1997. Our concern is over item #6 q., regarding the construction and acquisition of the CSU/USDA property for the future south entrance aligning with Sagebrush drive. There has been some misinformation, the property owned by CSU/USDA is in fact not for sale, and they do not intend to sell. CSU does however own over 200 acres to the east that is currently for sale. Obtaining the easement to align with Sagebrush drive is not feasible at this time. We request that the development return to the prior agreement to add the Sagebrush entrance at such a time as is feasible, proceeding with the filing in this PUD cycle, with that entrance indicated as future. Please review these concerns and respond ASAP.
