Q ORA 9 MM ref.�Vl 9 =$0] kh I LTA Is Commui"cy Planning and Environmental t;�rvices Current Planning City of Fort Collins November 25, 1996 Dear Resident: On Wednesday, December 4, 1996 from 7:00 p.m. to approximately 9:00 p.m. at Tavelli Elementary School*, 1118 Miramont Drive, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will conduct a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The applicant is proposing a new project described as a 150,000 square foot mixed -use center containing retail, office, restaurant, business service, residential uses in a cluster of multiple, detached buildings on 27.5 acres located east of North College Avenue, north of Willox Lane, and southwest of the Eaton Ditch (please see attached Vicinity Map). The property is in the BC - Business Center Zoning District. The purpose of this meeting on December 4th is to give all participants the opportunity to ask questions of the applicant and express their concerns in an informal setting. No formal development review request has been made to the City at this time and no decisions will result from this meeting. This request must go through a City development review process before any approvals can be given for the project. Representatives of City Departments, as well as representatives for the applicant, will be present to respond to questions about the proposed development, City policies and regulations, and to take minutes of the meeting. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
