04/26/2016: In regard to LED light fixtures, cooler color temperatures are
harsher at night and cause more disruption to circadian rhythms for both
humans and wildlife. Please consider choosing the warmer color temperature
(warm white, 3000K or less) for your LED light fixtures, when available. Please
also consider fixtures with dimming capabilities so that light levels can be
adjusted as needed.

04/27/2016: It appears that architectural elevations are not the latest set of
revised plans. Please note that the amount of Loveland Buff (not "Bluff")
Sandstone has been reduced along east (front) and south (side) elevations.
Please restore the amount of stone per the approved P.D.P. In addition, the
five columns along the north elevation that were previously called out to be stone
have been replaced by what appears to be steel (TS-1.) All of these columns
must be restored to stone. Also, the window treatments (stone sills in lintels)
that we agreed to at P.D.P. is not shown. Please restore all architectural details
per the P.D.P.
