referred to as "East."
7. On the Site Plan, the following note was requested on May 18, 2016 to be added:
"The developer is responsible for replacing any existing trees on Lot 11 A,
Harmony Village P.U.D. Replat No. 1 that are either failing to thrive or dead that
are not specifically indicated to be replaced by new landscaping per Home 2
Suites Landscape Plan."
All of the aforementioned items have been previously discussed in depth and agreed
to but have failed to make it on to the mylar sheets.
In addition, on the Lighting Plan, sheet 11 of 11, the specifications for the light
fixtures are illegible. These specifications are where the requirement not to exceed
3,000 degrees Kelvin is found. Please reprint this sheet so that these specifications
are larger font and readable.
Please note that I cannot record these mylars until they are revised as directed.

We have received the mylar set for Home 2 Suites with the Site Plan Cover Sheet
signed by Mr. Justin Mabey and properly notarized. Prior to recording mylars, I
conducted one more review and found the following deficiencies:
On the architectural elevations, sheet 8 of 11, the sheet fails to include the
cornice detail and the reveal detail. In addition, the sheet fails to include the
sandstone sill and lintel detail for the upper two floors of the north elevation.
2. Also on sheet 8 of 11, there are two stone columns missing from the windows on
the left side of the north elevation.
3. Also on sheet 8 of 11, the directional labels are missing. The front elevation
needs to also be referred to as "Faces Harmony Road — North." The side
elevation needs to also be referred to as "West."
4. On architectural sheet 9 of 11, the sheet is missing the pergola feature on the
right side of the side elevation.
5. Also on sheet 9 of 11, the reveal detail is missing.
