The erosion control requirements are in the Stormwater Design Criteria under the Amendments of Volume 3 Chapter 7 Section 1.3.3. Current Erosion Control Materials Submitted do not meet requirements. Any landscaping in the floodway must meet the roughness coefficient (n-value) used in the Current Effective floodplain model.
