College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer
will hold an Administrative Hearing to consider a development proposal. The
PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION
project is referred to as GRIT Athletics Facility, #PDP160024.
- New Commercial Development
As proposed, the project consists of constructing a one-story, 7,545 square foot

building on a vacant lot located at 846 S.E. Frontage Road. The parcel is also
