(Please see map on reverse) College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will hold an Administrative Hearing to consider a development proposal. The PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION project is referred to as GRIT Athletics Facility, #PDP160024. - New Commercial Development As proposed, the project consists of constructing a one-story, 7,545 square foot ' 7,545 total square foot building building on a vacant lot located at 846 S.E. Frontage Road. The parcel is also ' 4,784 sq. ft. athletic space identified as Lot 13 of the Amended Plat of Lots 13 and 14, Interchange • 1,694 sq. ft. office space Business Park. ■ 1,067 sq. ft. equipment storage ■ 1.19 acre site The facility will be used as a non-profit wrestling facility with a progressive . 20 parking spaces approach to the training of wrestling techniques. (GRIT: Grace Righteousness, Zoned C-G, General Commercial Intensity and Toughness). Of the total building, approximately 4,784 square feet will be devoted to limited indoor recreation, 1,694 square feet will be used HELPFUL RESOURCES as office space, and 1,067 square feet will be for equipment storage.
