PROJECT This item was continued from November 10, 2016 to December 15, 2016.
DESCRIPTION: The development review process for this item has been adjusted to delete
the request for an Addition of Permitted Use. The item now includes an
Amendment to the Zoning Map to rezone a portion of the subject property
to Medium Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood, M-M-N. Since the rezoning
requires a neighborhood meeting, additional time is required. The
neighborhood meeting is scheduled for December 19, 2016.
