Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-0580 Dear Steve: In response to your comments on the Martinez PUD we have made the following revisions to the plan: 1. The proposed sales office no longer straddles lots 1 &2 it has been moved to lot 2. 2. Building envelope dimensions have been added to the commercial and cohousing areas with dimensions to the nearest property line. 3. Light and Power is in the process of designing the street lighting along the public right of way. 4. We will provide street lighting along private drive. 5. 1 spoke to GayLene Rossiter of Transfort about bus stop improvements. She suggests that we work out bus stop improvements once the project is under construction. 6. 1 have added a possible future pedestrian connection to the site plan per your marked up site plan. 7. The Poudre Fire Authority has approved the gateways to less than 20' on the private drive. 8. Revised architectural elevations are enclosed. 9. We are still researching the status of Sherwood Street and will let you know if it is a public street as soon as we know.
