Landscape Plan, reflect revisions made in accordance with the comments in your letter of October 8, 1997 to Mika] Torgerson. Our response to each comment is noted below, using numbering shown on your letter. The numbered items relate to the Landscape Plan issues only, please refer to the Architect and/or Engineer for other comment responses. 2d. The additional trees shown on the red -lined Landscape Plan conflict with existing utilities, and cannot be planted in that location. The reference to Mason Ct. plant note #13 has been changed to Fat Tire Ct. 3e. noted on the plan. 3g. noted on the plan. 7. Mason Cf. has been changed to Fat Tire Ct. on note # 13. 8. A 4' ht. Open fence has been added to the plan north of the single family lots, utility conflicts make it difficult to utilize plant material. Janet Misel has indicated that the Parks department will be planting additional trees on Park Property north of this site. 13. noted on the plan. 14. corrected on the plan. 15.
