I share your concerns. We have not agreed to release any easements. That's not to say we won't but they shouldn't
assume we will until we meet and talk.

Mike,
After reviewing the Martinez PUD plans there are a few concerns that PP&D has. Two of the proposed buildings are
within 130' of the back stop and maybe too close for comfort. Because theses fields are lighted and the hours of
operation may be a bother to future home owners we maybe looking for trouble. Secondly, I am concerned that the
private homes will park on our park entrance road. This could create conflicts when ball games and farm activities
are going on also.
I will pass these concerns onto the planning department but thought you might want to talk to John and Pete and let
them know our. concerns. The developer is expecting us to vacate our easements when the plan is adopted. I don't
know how you feel about this, but we would have no control of the property at that point.
