On Thursday, December 15, 2016, at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 300 LaPorte
Avenue, the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a
public hearing to consider a development proposal near your property. The
project is referred to as Harmony Commons Hotel, #PDP160027.
This is a request for a four-story, 106-room hotel located on Lot 6 of the
Harmony Commons commercial center. The building would contain 53,047
square feet. There would be 65 parking spaces. The vacant site is 1.77 acres
and located north of Timberwood Drive between Technology Parkway on the
west and Lady Moon Avenue on the east. The zoning is H-C, Harmony
Corridor.
