The Stormwater Utility offered the following comments: a. The property is in the Dry Creek Storm Drainage Basin, which has a fee of $5,000 per acre. The fee will be pro -rated for the amount of new construction on the site. - b. The old drainage report for this project must be updated and modified to address the proposed addition to the facility. _ — -c. There maybe some capacity problems associated with additional storm - -- drainage into the. existing ditch on or adjacent to the site. The proposed ---- addition may require that on -site storm water detention be provided.. d. An erosion .control plan must be submitted for review and approval by the City. e._ Once submitted to the City, the drainage report will take about one month . to review. The proposed addition requires that this request go through the RC Site Plan Review (Section 29-414 of the City Code), with a decision being made by the Director of Planning in an administrative public hearing held after sufficient review by City Departments and affected outside reviewing agencies. b. The RC District allows up to 2-family dwellings as a permitted use. c. If no cooking devises are to be included and used, then the addition would not be considered to be an apartment. . d.
