The proposed project is commonly known as Martinez PUD, Preliminary, #4-97. This is a request for a mixed use development to include 10 single family lots with 10 apartments above detached garages, 34 co -housing residential units, a 36,000 sq. ft. retail/office space with 11 residential units on the second floor, and a 2.46 acre addition to Lee Martinez Park on 11.25 acres; located west of North College Avenue and north of Cherry Street on the south side of Lee Martinez Park; and zoned LMN - Low Density Mixed Use Neighborhood. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors have the opportunity to attend. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised.
