As a result of the meeting, we have agreed chat the following items will be
revised on the utility plans when we submit for final approval.
The sewer that services lots 1-10 will be relocated to the drive on
the south side of the lots. Individual sewer services will be installed
to each building. The sewer in the drive may result in the water line
being moved slightly to the south to maintain the necessary 10'
separation. The sewer will be located so that there is a minimum 5'
separation from the curb and gutter per City standards.
The sewer services from the 4 cohousing units adjacent to Martinez
Park will be connected directly to the existing manholes or
proposed manholes to be located in the emergency access drive
along the north property line. The decision as to whether to install
manholes or tie to existing manholes will be made prior to submittal
-for final approval.
Individual water services will be installed for each building.
A minimum of 15 feet separation between the utilities and all,
buildings will be maintained.
A driveable surface will be provided between the north and south
cohousing units in Tract D for emergency and maintenance
:vehicles.
