Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City
of Fort Collins, County of Lorimer, State of Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows:
Considering the East line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
11 as bearing South 00'06'14" West from a Brass Cap at the
Northeast comer of said Section 11 to a Brass Cap at the East
Quarter corner of said Section 11 and with all bearings contained

South 00'06'14" West, 2.10 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve
concave Southerly having a central angle of 13'40'57", a radius
