An Administrative Hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at 5:30 P.M., in conference room A at 281 North College Avenue where The City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct a public hearing to consider this development proposal near your property. The original notice stated that: this is a request to develop a vacant portion of Old Town North that was originally platted as Block Six on the north side of Osiander Street and south of Suniga Road. As proposed, there would be a total of 74 dwelling units. These units would be divided between 26 single-family detached homes facing Osiander and 24 two-family attached dwellings (48 units) facing Suniga Road. The correct number of units is: a total of 76 dwelling units, divided between 28 single-family detached homes and 24 two-family attached dwellings (48 units). The two-family attached dwellings would be up-and-down duplexes. These duplexes would be arranged in pairs so there would be four units per structure. Each duplex within the structure would be platted on its own lot. The site is 5.84 acres and zoned Community Commercial — North College, C-C-N.
