Dear Neighbor:
We would like to inform you of a proposed change in your neighborhood. Lot 19 of the
Valley Hi Subdivision at 2417 West Mulberry is undergoing review for a subdivision. This
lot will be divided into two lots, Lot 19A and Lot 19B. Lot 19A will contain the existing
house at 2417 W. Mulberry. On Lot 19B, a new 2-story home will be constructed that is
compatible with the neighborhood.
The new construction will be approximately 1250 square feet in size, consisting of three
bedrooms, two baths and an attached garage. A driveway entrance will be off Myrtle
Court.
In addition, the owners plan to restore the existing home at 2417 W. Mulberry, retaining
its historic value (built in 1907) as well as removing existing garbage and small buildings.
