Mulberry Street. After reviewing the file and the approval dates of the Final P.U.D., I am granting at this time a 6-month extension of the final approval. That extension will expire December 25, 2000. You are entitled to one more 6-month extension, but will need to submit another request before the December 25, 2000 deadline. After the second 6-month extension, if another extension is requested, that extension will be subject to a $566.00 fee and an approval from the Planning and Zoning Board.
