This letter is in reference to Doerr Minor Subdivision.
Dear Mr. Blanchard,
We -are requesting an -extension to thoDoem Minor Subdivision of the Valley Hi
Subdivision, second filing. The lot is Lot 19 B located at 2417 W. Mulberry St.. The lot
separation_was.appmved`hy_planning_andzoning on June 25, 1997.
We have yet to begin construction on this property. It is our intent to maintain the

We are in receipt of your request1or a 6-month extension to your: P.U.D. approval
for the Doerr Minor Subdivision and -P.U.D., File #6-97 located at 2417 W.
Mulberry Street.
After reviewing the file and the approval dates of the Final P.U.D., I am granting
at this time a 6-month extension of the final approval. That extension will expire
December 25, 2000. You are entitled to one more 6-month extension, but will
need to submit another request before the December 25, 2000 deadline. After
the second 6-month extension, if another extension is requested, that extension
will be subject to a $566.00 fee and an approval from the Planning and Zoning
Board.
