This letter is in reference to the Doerr Minor Subdivision
To Whom It May Concern:
We are requesting an extension to the Doerr Minor Subdivision of the Valley Hi Subdivision,
second filing. The lot is Lot 19 B located at 2417 W. Mulberry Street. Planning and zoning on
June 25, 1997 approved the lot separation. We are currently under an extension (#6-97) which is
set to expire December 25, 2000. We are requesting the final extension available to this P.U.D.
which will then expire June 25, 2001.
We have put a great deal of effort in to this and would greatly appreciate a little more time to
finalize things. We certainly appreciate the time we have taken from your office in regards to
answering our questions and reviewing our case.
