On Tuesday, April 15, 1997 at 1:30 p.m. in the Current Planning Department
Conference room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort
Collins Current Planning Director will hold an administrative public hearing to consider
a project in your neighborhood referred to as Palmer Retail, Minor Subdivision, #8-97.
The applicant is requesting approval of a one lot minor subdivision plat for a property
located between Mitchell Drive and JFK Parkway and south of East Horsetooth Road;
the property is zoned C - Commercial.
The affected property owners list for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this
pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
