Each number below corresponds to the Staff memo comment numbers; items not responded to below will be addressed by BHA Design under separate cover. 1. At present, Celestica is studying options for nitrogen supply, with the preferred solution being a nitrogen production plant and an adjacent storage tank. We are advised that installation specifications will be submitted to the City of Fort Collins with the building permit application. 2. High Pile storage is anticipated. The building design for the area containing high pile storage will conform with Article 81 of the Uniform Fire Code. 3. Celestica Colorado has prepared a list of hazardous materials expected to be used and stored at the site, identified in a memo dated November 11, 1997, with an addendum memo "Chemical Usage for New Building", dated January 21 1998; both documents are attached. 8. All garbage and recycling processes will be located in the building interior. There will be sufficient space allocated to recycling requirements in the final design. 10. The building will be designed in accordance with the City of Fort Collins Non-residential Energy Code (ASHRAE 90.1 with locally adopted amendments). We have addressed many of the comments through our revisions to the Final Compliance Plans. Outlined below is a response to specific items mentioned in your letter relating to planning comments. Attached is a separate letter from the architects relating to your comments on the architecture. Our response numbers correspond with your letter number. 1-3 These comments are addressed in a separate letter from Young+Wright Architects. 4. All specified uses have been contained within dedicated easements shown on the plat. 5. We have added a note to the landscape plan (Sheet 3 of 6) specifying the required separations from streetlights as they are located. 6. All grading in this area is contained within the right-of-way or easements illustrated on the plat. 7. Done. 8. This comment has been addressed in a separate letter from Young+Wright Architects. 9. Accessible routes of travel have been illustrated on the site plans (Sheets 1 and 2). Slopes in these areas meet the specified requirements and crosswalks are designated where necessary. 10.
