Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-0580 RE: Celestica Colorado Harmony Technology Park Dear Ted: APR 151999 During our conversation relative to planning issues effecting the TCO I indicated we should not paint the stainless steel stack. However, we would paint the two conical exhaust fans visible above the parapet over the CUP on the west side of the building. Subsequently I learned the exhaust housings are aluminum and should not be painted. Celestica is willing to paint any galvanized metals which are visible above the building parapets. Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-0580 RE: Celestica Colorado, Harmony Technology Park Dear Ted: APR 21 1999 This is confirm our telephone conversation on Thursday, April 15, 1999 that it is acceptable to apply an oxidizing chemical to the two conical exhaust fans visible above the parapet over the CUP on the west side of the building. We propose this process to accelerate the natural oxidation which will occur over time. This is preferred by Celestica vs. painting which would be a continuous maintenance issue.
