The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, March 24, 1997*,
at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold a
public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood.
This is an involuntary annexation of the property known as Burlington Northern at McClelland Drive,
Enclave Annexation & Zoning, #9-97. This county enclave consists of 0.5 acres; located south of
Drake Road between McClelland Drive and Redwing Road. The proposed zoning is C - Commercial.
The Planning and Zoning Board will make a recommendation that will be considered by the City
Council at public hearings on May 6, 1997 and May 20, 1997. These meetings are also held at City
Hall West beginning at 6:30p.m.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter,
as well as your neighbor's input, and extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping,
or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend. If your are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this
item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board
typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.

will be continued to Monday, April 14, 1997 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall
West.
