Here are the final mylars for the Harmony Technology Park project for signature and recording. I
have also included the certificate verifying with Larimer County that property taxes are paid. My
understanding is that this is a recent requirement prior to final plat recordation.
JR Engineering has been routing the utility plan mylars separately for required signatures. Please feel
