Letter of intent indicating that offsite right-of-way and easements will
be negotiated prior to final development plan submittal.
Mr. Shepard:
At this point in time, due to the level of project design, required off -site easements and
right-of-ways have not been determined. At such time that required off -site easements
and right-of-ways have been determined, letters of intent, signed by the grantors of the
easements, will be provided to you. The letters will indicate that the easements and right-
of-ways will be negotiated prior to final development plan submittal.
