City pilot project team,
We will not be resubmitting the HP Harmony Technology Park plans this week
as previously planned. In order to ensure the drawings are complete for this
review, we will need to delay the submittal until after the holidays. We
anticipate submittal of the PDP on January 23, 2001. We would like to
reschedule a comment review meeting three weeks after the submittal,
Wednesday February 15th from 3:00 - 5:OOpm. Please let me know if this works
for your schedule.
Please note there will be no review meeting on January 12.

I have confirmed our meeting for tomorrow morning with the City to initiate
discussions re: a Development Agreement for HTP. Anticipated attendees
include: Dave Stringer, Ted Shepard, John Tufte, Mike Bello, Bruce H.

would like to achieve from this meeting is:
1. A discussion of the individual roles and timing of the Development • �v�vh '�." (a`wP�?
Agreement; Who submits; who signs; how approved; how fees are determined.
2. Beginning outline of elements to be included.�v`�•
3. Phasing of the site and it's relationship to the Agreement. q�
4. How we can we all help to make sure the Development Agreement is �( .
