Please find attached JR Engineering's re -submittal of the Harmony Technology Park (HTP)
Utility/Construction Plans. Pursuant to our meeting of February 14, 2001, the attached plans
have incorporated the concerns of City Staff such that the project can move forward to the next
Planning and Zoning Hearing scheduled for March 15, 2001.
Due to the time constraints associated with this last submittal, and as discussed in our February
14th Pilot Project Team Meeting, JR has not been able to address all of the comments received on
that date. In addition, we were not able to secure comments from the Stormwater Department
until February 22, 2001. John Tufte in our office has been diligently coordinating with staff to
ensure them that the plans are in a form that will be considered adequate for inclusion on the
P&Z agenda.
It was also agreed at our Team meeting that the Harmony/Cambridge construction plans will not
be submitted concurrently with the HTP plans due to the design details being coordinated with
CDOT and the City. Plans will follow as soon as practical. The final Harmony Road right-of-
way is still in dispute; therefore, the attached Final Plat may not represent the final outer
boundary of the HTP site.
I speak for the entire HTP design team when I say we appreciate the flexibility and efforts being
ii
put forth by the City Staff to enable this project to stay on it's highly critical schedule. Please
call if you should have any questions or need clarification on any items.
Sincerely,
Robert Almirall, P.E.
