INC. 4805 INNOVATION DRIVE We are pleased to submit the 90% Project Development Plan documents for the F T. C O L L I INS, CO B 0 5 2 5 Harmony Technology Park project. Thank you for your help in the coordination of TEL 910 I ] l .T 5 T 7 the Pilot Process and in the commitment to an expedited review period. We will try FAX 970 z:, „:7 to continue to communicate with various departments to resolve ongoing issues. We have included copies of the items required for a PDP submittal, with the exception of the revised traffic impact analysis. Our traffic engineer, Matt Delich, has been working separately with Eric Bracke, and will be coordinating the required copies that Eric needs shortly after this submittal. Please feel free to call if you have any questions or need additional copies of any documents. A Conceptual Review Meeting was held on April 24, 2000 for the project. Since this project is being reviewed under the City's Pilot Process, we have had several meetings with various departments over the past six months. In reviewing the comments from the Conceptual Review meeting, I believe that all comments have been discussed and responses have been made during the 20% and 50% review stages or will continue to be addressed on the Project Development Plans and Final Compliance Plans. Although there will be ongoing issues during the PDP review process, we have no additional response to the Conceptual Review comments at this time. Sincerely, bha design inc. by Ange K. Milewski
