feet; thence along a concave curve to the right having a central angle of 23043'57", a
radius of 39.72 feet for a distance of 16.45 feet and has a chord which bears

to the left having a central angle of 31046'00", a radius of 9.00 feet for a distance of 4.99
feet and has a chord which bears N15°53'00"E 4.93 feet; thence N00°00'00"E 8.49 feet;
thence S89°58'36"E 14.63 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said easement contains 9,061.21 s.f more or less.
