The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday,
October 2, 1997*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte
Avenue, is planning to hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood.
This is an involuntary annexation of the property known as Overland Trail 3rd, Enclave
Annexation & Zoning, #16-97. This county enclave consists of 4.63 acres; located on
the west side of South Overland Trail, between Prospect Road and Palm Court. The
proposed zoning is HC - Harmony Corridor.
The Planning and Zoning Board will make a recommendation that will be considered by
the City Council at public hearings on October 21, 1997 and November 4, 1997. These
meetings are also held at City Hall West beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on
this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the
City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet
of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions
