The staff and principal for at the Core Knowledge School will continue to work closely with the Transportation Department to ensure the safest route to the school. 2. Mat Delich has been retained to do an addendum to the existing traffic study. Eric Brache has not required a complete new study. A copy of both studies is attached. 3. Eric Bracke has not required us to move the curb cut as requested by the Transportation Department. 4. The bus loop alternate originally submitted is no longer being proposed. 5. Remote `drop-off, pick-up' areas are currently being explored with the staff and principal as well as PSD's Director of Transportation, Richard King. He will be at the P&Z work session. A sidewalk will be provided from Preston's drive along Timberwood to the new school. 6. Sidewalks will be provided to connect Timberwood walks to the school entry. They will be 8' wide. 7. The sidewalk in front of the school along Timberwood will be detached and planted with street trees. 8. All utility easements will be addressed. 9. SEE #8 10. Two fire hydrants will be located along Timberwood as requested by PFA 11. We will show the expanded site to include Preston and the park property. You office has the O.D.P. for this area. 12. Landscape plan will be provided. 13. Architectural elevations (rendered) will be provided. 14. The school will be equipped with a fire sprinkler system. We will be submitting the required prints (folded!) and PMT's by September 30`h. Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns.
