qi The existing tower shown on the roof plan and building elevations is not
accurately drawn. The existing tower is actually mounted on the north wall
of the elevator/penthouse equipment room. Please clarify.
pr Redlined plans are attached. Please return the redlined plans with plan
revisions.
This completes the review comments at this time. Additional comments may be
forthcoming as the various departments and reviewing agencies continue to review this
request.
An administrative (public) hearing has been scheduled with the Director of Planning on
Thursday. October 2, 1997 at 2:00 P.M. in the Maple Tree Conference Room at 281 N.
College Avenue, Fort Collins. Colorado.
Please submit 3 copies of the revised plan sets no later than 3 P.M., September 22,
1997.

Dear Nate,
Staff has reviewed your documents for the Sprint PCS Wireless Telecommunications
Equipment at DMA Plaza that were submitted on August 15, 1997, and would like to offer
the following comments:
1. The Current Planning Department stated the following. -
Please add a general note to Sheet 1 which states that antennas will be
painted to match the existing building.
b: Please add a general note to Sheet 1 which states that the equipment
enclosure/screen shall be compatible with the building's design, color, and
material.
V. Please add an item under the Project Summary which indicates the
installation of an enclosure/screen for the base transmission station.
The Zoning Classification under the Project Information on Sheet 1 should
state: D, Downtown District (Civic Center Subdistrict).
The Jurisdiction under the Project Information on Sheet 1 should state: City
of Fort Collins.
f/ Please label "DMA Plaza" on the Site Plan on Sheet 1 of 5.
V Please provide an east building elevation (Sheet 5 of 5).
br Please label sheet S-1 as "Sheet 1 of 5"; sheet S-2 as "Sheet 2 of 5"; sheet
