On Thursday, October 2, 1997 at 2:00 p.m. in the Maple Tree Conference Room, 281
North College Avenue, the Current Planning Director will conduct a public
Administrative Hearing on Sprint PCS Wireless Telecommunications Equipment at
DMA Plaza, #21-97
The proposal consists of a request for the installation of base transmission station
equipment on the east edge of the rooftop (enclosed and screened from public view), -
installation of three Sprint antenna arrays with 3 antennas each flush mounted on the
north, east and west elevations; and the installation of one GPS antenna on top
elevator equipment room of the DMA Plaza located at 300 Remington Street.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
