Dear Michael,
Attached please find a copy of the current site plan indicating all existing trees, including sizes and
species. This revised plan also graphically shows the actual canopy outline of the existing trees.
Existing evergreen shrubs have not been shown at this time for sake of clarity.
As we discussed, we have several concerns regarding the placement of the additional landscaping as
depicted in the review comments. Upon review by the City Forester, we would like to discuss with
both of you the various options that would still meet the intent of the Land Use Code. We feel that
it is equally important that consideration be given to existing landscaping and building function
when finalizing the site design.
