Dear Michael,
I have reviewed the site plan for the King Soopers Store #9 (Enlargement of a Non -
Conforming Use Review) that was received on August 4, 1997, showing all existing trees,
including sizes and species:
Attached is that same site plan with redline comments that are based upon, my visit to the
site with the City Forester. Please return the redlined site plan with plan revisions.
I have not received any additional information from Eric Bracke, City Traffic Engineer
regarding the status of the requested median in West Elizabeth. I will raise this issue for
discussion at the City Staff's development review meeting on August 6, 1997.
