The purpose of this letter is to announce two important upcoming meetings regarding the
proposed Celestica manufacturing plant at the southeast corner of Harmony Road and C.R.#9.
Neighborhood Information Meeting
On Wednesday, October 29, 1997, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., in the Media Center at Preston
Junior High School, 4901 Corbett Drive, the City of Fort Collins will hold a neighborhood
meeting to discuss the proposed Celestica, Inc. manufacturing plant. This will be the second
neighborhood information meeting and will be a good opportunity to view the changes made to
the plan.
2. Planning and Zoning Board Meeting
On Thursday, November 6, 1997, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come
before the Board, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, the
Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing for the Celestica facility. The project is
known as Harmony Technology Park, First Filing, Celestica, Project Development Plan, # 12-
97A.
The request is for an office and manufacturing building. The building would be a total of 209,308
square feet divided between 176,287 square feet for manufacturing and 33,021 square feet for
office. The site is 34.33 acres. The property is zoned H-C, Harmony Corridor.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the
Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or
because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend. If your are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
