Re: Administrative public hearing for the proposed FORT COLLINS
WHOLESALE FLORIST, Collindale Business Park (Type I,
Administrative Review, in the Land Use Code) - #18-97
Dear Affected Property Owner and/or Resident,
Letters of notification (dated October 17, 1997) for a scheduled Administrative Public
Hearing were sent out regarding action to be taken on the aforementioned item. The
letters stated that discussion of this item would begin no earlier than 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, November 3, 1997 in the City Council Chambers, 300 LaPorte Avenue.
Please note that the discussion of this item will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m., not at
7:00 p.m. as previously stated. The location remains the same.
The applicant is requesting 10,009 square feet of floor area for a wholesale
florist and green house business, and 6,984 square feet of leasable floor area for
future uses that are permitted in the E - Employment Zoning District. The
property is 1.72 acres in size and is located at the southeast corner of Caribou
Road and Automation Way, in the Collindale Business Park. The existing
Timberline Self -Storage facility is adjacent to the west.
