Services r Current Planning City of Fort Collins November 12, 1997 -Mr. Tom Peterson Blackfox Commercial Realty 3555 Stanford Road Fort Collins, CO 80525 Dear Mr. Peterson: On Thursday, November 6, 1997, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 5 - 0 to approve Harmony Technology Park, First Filing, Phase One, (Celestica), Project Development Plan, #12-97A, subject to the following conditions: 1. In the event that full -turning signalized access is not granted by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for the Harmony Road/ Technology Parkway intersection, the applicant shall present to the Planning and Zoning Board an amended Project Development Plan showing how the minimum Level Of Service requirements for transportation are met at the Harmony Road/County Road #9 intersection, and how direct pedestrian access across Harmony Road is provided. The Planning and Zoning Board shall expedite the scheduling of thereview of any such amended Project Development Plan. 2. In. the event that the driveway access to Harmony House from Harmony. Road is closed, the land area devoted to such access shall be regraded and modified for a landscape berm along Harmony Road.
