Dear Mr. Dietz:
On September 8, 1997, you attended a property owners meeting regarding the proposed Miller -
Fox Annexation and Zoning. At that meeting, you requested additional information regarding
the ability to continue to have horses on the property.
The Land Use Code permits horse as an accessory use in all zone districts in the City of Fort
Collins. Therefore, you are permitted to have horses on the premises once the property is
annexed and zoned HC-Harmony Corridor zone district.
