This is for the City's processing fee - to cover the cost of reviewing the document and processing it. • 1 need the fully signed document submitted to me (all signatures but the City's). And then I can route it to obtain Rick Richter and the City Clerks signatures and get it filed. • I also need a check or cash for the filing fees. Based on the document being 7 pages long the filing fees will be $41. This check needs to be made out to Larimer County Clerk and Recorder. Once we have the final document and can get it fully signed and recorded I will let you know what the recording number is so that we can get that inserted and noted on the Plat.
