Collins will not allow us to provide adequate off-street parking for our employees and visitors. Under the current standards we are permitted 70 parking spaces. We request an allowance of 12 additional spaces. In support of our request please see the attached parking allowances from cities where we are in the process of constructing the exact building we are proposing for Ft. Collins. Additionally the remote location of the site to public transport makes it impossible for employees to travel using the public transport system.
