Drainage and Utility Easement "A": A drainage and utility easement situate in Lots 9 and 10, Spring Court Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado which is described as follows: The East 10.00 feet of the South 47.00 feet of said Lot 9 and the East 10.00 feet of said Lot 10. Drainage and Utility Easement "B": A drainage and utility easement situate in Lots 9 and 10, Spring Court Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado which is described as follows: A 10.00 foot wide easement, the centerline of which begins at a point which bears S 00' 25' 00" E 13.00 feet and again S 90' 00' 00" W 28.00 feet from the Northeast comer of said Lot 9 and run thence S 20' 55' 15" E 51.39 feet to a point on a line 10.00 feet West of and parallel to the East line of said Lots 9 and 10, said point being the end of said centerline.
