DEED OF DEDICATION FOR EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners and
proprietors of Lots 9 and 10, Spring Court Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to and for public use, forever, the
easements described below, provided, however, that acceptance by the City of this dedication of
easements does not impose upon the City a duty to maintain the easements so dedicated.
Drainage and Utility Easement "A": A drainage and utility easement situate in Lots 9 and 10,
Spring Court Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado which is
described as follows: The East 10.00 feet of the South 47.00 feet of said Lot 9 and the East
10.00 feet of said Lot 10.
Drainage and Utility Easement "B": A drainage and utility easement situate in Lots 9 and 10,
Spring Court Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado which is
described as follows: A 10.00 foot wide easement, the centerline of which begins at a point which
bears S 00' 25' 00" E 13.00 feet and again S 90' 00' 00" W 28.00 feet from the Northeast comer
of said Lot 9 and run thence S 20' 55' 15" E 51.39 feet to a point on a line 10.00 feet West of and
parallel to the East line of said Lots 9 and 10, said point being the end of said centerline.
