Required pedestrian crossings will comply with applicable Land Use Code criteria. b.) Bicycle parking will be provided and comply with applicable Land Use Code criteria. c.) The existing access from the east property has been noted. d.) The requested details have been noted with recycling capabilities. e.) The revised landscape plan has been coordinated with the city forester and resubmitted for final review. f.) Following the site visit from the city forester the required mitigation measures were reviewed and adjustments made to the plan in accordance with his review. g.) See note (e.) above. h.) See note (e.) above. i.) A tree cut-out has been provided in the revised documents, also see note (e.) above j.) A revised vicinity map has been provided on the resubmittal documents. k.) The zoning classification has been corrected on the resubmittal documents. I.) There will be no roof -top mechanical on the building and subsequently no screening. m.) Labeling has been included on the resubmittal documents. n.) The spelling correction has been made. o.) The colors of the building surfaces has been included on the resubmit documents. p.) Additional detailing has been included on the synthetic stucco surfaces of the building exterior for visual interest. q.) The building location does comply with the Land Use Code requirements. r.) Light and Power Utility a.) Comments noted. b.] Comments noted. c.) The electric utility has been field located and a 10' wide easement provided. 2. Engineering Department The comments have been addressed in the resubmittal. 3. Stormwater Utility The comments have been addressed in the resubmittal. 4. Zoning Department a.) Adequate spaces have been provided for employee parking. All customer service is provided on an appointment basis and will occupy service bays only. No vehicles will be permitted to be stored on the street. b.) The building is located 9'-0" from the west property line. c.) The revised landscape plan has been coordinated with the city forester and resubmitted for final review. 5. Advance Planning Department The comments have been reviewed and incoporated, as noted. 6. Building Inspections Department The comments have been noted and will be reviewed at permit application. 7. Poudre Fire Authority The comments have been noted and will be reviewed at permit application. 8.
