Staff Comments
Dear Ted:
The attached prints of 200-220 West Prospect PDP - Site and Landscape Plans, reflect
revisions made in accordance with the comments in your letter of November 19, 1997.
Our specific response to each comment is noted below, using numbering shown on your
letter.
1. During the meeting on Friday, November 21, 1997, with Dick Anderson,
Eleanor Anderson, Mike Dean, Joyce Hamm, yourself, and myself, we all
concluded that a seven foot (7') landscape parkway was sufficient for this
site.
2. There are existing overhead lines that affect the placement of those trees.
3. Changed on the plan.
4. The occupant of the building has agreed to place a few half -whiskey barrels
along the front of the 200 West Prospect building. The barrels would then
be filled with annuals.

7. The tree has been moved ten feet (10') away from the water shut-off valve.

9. Timbers will be used to edge the planters and turf areas. Noted on the plan.
