Please add the following Plant notes to the 200-220 West Prospect Road Project Development
Plan:
"Tree utility separations shall not be used as a means of avoiding the planting of required
street trees."
2. "Soil Amendments. Organic amendments such as compost, peat, or aged manure shall be
thoroughly incorporated at a rate of at least 3 cubic yards of amendment per 1,000 square
feet of landscape area."
3. "Developer shall ensure that the Landscape Plan is coordinated with the plans done by
other consultants so that the proposed grading, storm drainage, or other construction does
not conflict nor preclude installation and maintenance of landscape elements on this plan."
