Dave -
I hope the following answer all of your questions! I do have one question, though, I'm assuming
that the site is not yet subdivided? Is that right?
1. a. Application Form and Filing Fee: The new application forms are at the front counter.
The filing fees are as follows: PDP without Subdivision Plat--$1,472.00
PDP with Subdivision Plat--$2,128.00
Final without Subdivision Plat--$2,808.00
Final with Subdivision Plat--$3,896.00
If you are doing a combined PDP/Final, the fees for final are applicable. Also, I checked
with Voneen and it looks as if all the costs for the mailing labels are covered already.
2. Yes, the title block for owner's certification/signature is the same as before.
3. The Overall Utility Plan is sufficient if all this information is indicated.
4. Yes, the context diagram is a separate submittal (on a 24" x 36" sheet), and yes, you will be
required to submit one for this project. (A context diagram was done for the Oakridge 26th
Filing that is a good example. I might have an extra one lying around if you would like onel)
5. The public hearing refers to either the Administrative Hearing Officer or the P&Z Board
meeting, whichever one is applicable. Once the hearing date is set (after the review process is
well underway) then we know what day we will need renderings, PMTs, etc. That much is
still like the old process.
If you have any additional questions, please give me a call!
